The Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo is free and open to public. The expo focuses on the health, fitness and wellness of runners. Exhibitors include retailers, personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, souvenir clothing, destination marathons, sampling booths and other health professionals.
Ottawa Marathon Course Tour
Complimentary tours of the marathon course will take place on Saturday May 29, 2010. Participants will travel along the route and past many of Ottawa’s scenic tourist spots. You will need to pick-up your complimentary tour ticket at the Info Kiosk at the expo as there is limited seating. To board the bus you will need your tour ticket. Tours depart and end at the Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo.
Departure Times:
- 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 1:30 p.m.
New for 2010 - Race Kit Pick Up
All participants must pick up their race kits prior to their event. You will only be able to pick up your kits at the Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo during the posted expo hours. Runners unable to pick up their race kits prior to their event may send a proxy. Photo ID is not required. For additional information click here.
Shuttle Bus Service
A free shuttle bus service will take participants from the host hotel (Ottawa Marriott—100 Kent Street), stop behind City Hall (Lisgar Street) and proceed to Race Kit Pick Up at the Pfizer Health & Fitness Expo at the Aberdeen Pavilion at Lansdowne Park. Buses will depart every 20 minutes.
Departure Times:
- Friday May 28, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:20 p.m.
- Saturday May 29, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.
Parking
Limited parking will be available for a fee at Lansdowne Park.
