New for 2010
All participants must pick up their race kits prior to their event. You will only be able to pick up your kits at the Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo during the posted expo hours. Runners unable to pick up their race kits prior to their event may send a proxy. Photo ID is not required. Please see listed times and locations below.

Race Kit
Your race kit will include: bib, shirt and chip. Participants are responsible for verifying that the timing chip device provided within the Race Kit, or the participant’s own device is working properly prior to the race and worn correctly during the race. Any corrections should be made at the Corrections Help Desk at the time of Race Kit pick up. Participants assigned a timing chip which they will not use during the event should return the chip at the Corrections Help Desk at the time of Race Kit pick up.
Shuttle Bus Service
A free shuttle bus service will take participants from the host hotel (Ottawa Marriott—100 Kent Street), stop behind City Hall (Lisgar Street) and proceed to the Pfizer Health and Fitness Expo for Race Kit pick up. Buses will depart every 20 minutes.
